When I’d poked around in the documents on Nov.24, one of my faves was ‘the Intergrity Initiative Handbook‘, especially this portion (ach, it’s a PDF now):

NB 1 If asked about money for funding activities of a cluster, always be firmly vague and helpfully uninformative and at all costs avoid making any funding commitments until we have discussed it! NB 2 When talking about the Institute, be sure you can explain clearly what we are and what we do. NB 3 if asked about our funding, be very clear: the Integrity Initiative is funded by the Institute for Statecraft. The IfS gets its funding from multiple sources to ensure its independence. Thanks for adding to the material that b has had, wendye. It just boggles the mind, but I suppose these people are desperately seeking employment – sort of takes me back to John LeCarre’s spy thrillers which were indeed based on reality – don’t think he has come out with a new one, but this sure sounds like it could be crafted into a best seller – hopefully somebody’s following in his footsteps and I would suggest it to Integrity folk if and when they get that pink slip.
